"I just had my easiest insurance claim ever.
Last week I called my State Farm agent, Jay Rouse of Maryland, to report a cracked windshield. He said it was covered, and I could have the replacement done by Safelite. He transferred me directly to a Safelite representative, who booked the replacement for the next day, when it was quickly completed. It was as simple as that.
I wanted to spread the good news."
